A spacious and bright double bedroom in a newly built development set alongside London's most prized and prestigious waterway, the Regent's canal. It has stunning views of London’s Canary Wharf district and only one mile from London's City centre.

We can set up a comfortable foldable futon single mattress that we can put on the floor, next to the bed. It works well for a couple and one young child or very close family or friends ☺

Be lulled asleep by the sound of water falling over Jonson lock and wake up to homemade jam and crumpets.

We're located in Zone 2, and a nine-minute walk from Mile End Underground Station, along side the delightful Mile End Park.

This station is serviced by three different tube lines; a 15-minute ride to the city centre and a 5-minute ride to Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford.

We are offering to share our beautiful home with like-minded people.

This is a friendly household that will leave you to do your own thing but also is happy to give any directions/info you may need to ensure your stay is perfect.

Amenities nearby include breakfast Cafes, take away/delivery shops, supermarkets & restaurants, all within a ten-minute walk radius.

We offer a spacious, modern and quiet room with a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe and writing desk.

There’s a window seat overlooking the Regent’s canal in the room, where you can be lulled in the summer by the falling waters of Johnston Lock.

You’ll have access to your own spacious private bathroom furnished with a bath/shower. Towels, bed linen, hair straightener and hair dryer are provided. Internet wireless connection is available and free. There's even a Luggage Scale to make sure you're not over the limit after your shopping sprees.

'Self-service' breakfast is with cereal, eggs, crumpets, toast, jam/marmalade, juices and coffee/tea (please let us know your preferences).

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

We live in a new development on the first floor with open plan living space, two bedrooms (one will be yours), two bathrooms (one will be yours), a fully fitted kitchen to which you’ll have total access during breakfast and nightcap and a balcony overlooking the canal.

We have a privileged view of Canary Wharf, the Regent’s canal and that of the communal gardens. We’re located in Stepney, a multicultural part of London that has seen a lot of regeneration thanks to its proximity to the Olympic site.

We are three minutes away from Mile End Park and a 10-minute walk from the nearest Tube station, offering great transport links on the Central, Hammersmith & City and District lines.

There are also good 24-hour transport connections to central London, with the #25 and the # 205 buses taking you there in about forty minutes.

There's no cleaning fee but there will be a refundable £20 cash deposit on the house key upon arrival.
