FACILITIES
The room has 3 bunk beds and is shared by males and females. Bathrooms, kitchens and common room are shared with guests staying in other rooms.

Note that is shared accommodation so other people will be staying in the same room. All the rooms we offer are in the same building and sharing common areas so this is not a house or apartment but a Hostel. Pictures are representing different rooms we offer and not one room in particular.

6 bed mixed dorm: £14 weeknight/ £20 weekend / £95-£105 week per person
4 bed mixed dorm: £16 weeknight/ £23 weekend / £105-£115 week per person
4 bed private room : £64 weeknight /£88 weekend /£420-£460 week per room
Triple room: £60 weeknight / £75 weekend / £400-£420 week
Twin room: £50 weeknight / £60 weekend / £350-£380 week

LOCATION
Just a few minutes walking to New Cross and New Cross Road stations. Less than 8 minutes ride from London Bridge and perfect to students as Goldsmiths College is almost in front of us. The neighborhood is mult-ethnic, with a lot of bars and restaurants (cheap and not so cheap) that serve a lot of students.
