I live in a great apartment in West Hollywood and am looking for a working professional to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with.

The bedroom for rent is the master with its own entrance and bathroom. Because the building has limited parking spots, a tandem parking spot is available for an additional $50 a month. The bedroom also has basic furnishings for no extra cost (bed, side table, desk, book shelf) but can come unfurnished as well.

The spacious apartment is in a 7-unit building on the ground floor with a welcoming plant-happy patio. I have one indoor, short-hair cat who mostly stays in my bedroom. There is a washer and dryer on the property and a dishwasher in the unit. There are hardwood floors throughout and ceiling fans in the dining room and the bedrooms.

A little about me ...
I have lived there for 10 years and love the convenient location. I work in the day and often spend the weekends with my boyfriend across town, so I am seeking a trustworthy individual who I will not have to worry about being home without me. I am a clean, open-minded, casual drinker who generally does not have friends over very often, but do not mind if you do within reason.

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood just off of Melrose and La Cienega, making it perfect for someone who likes to walk/bike to local places. I feel the space is very homey and comfortable, with a large, plush couch and chair, TV and dining table to share, plus full kitchen accoutrements.
