Parking is available free on the street, However if you want to rent a private parking space in the underground garage for $10.00 per day, that is available also. There is intercom access should you have a guest over to visit. The apartment is very conveniently located a couple of miles from the East 101 freeway and from the West 405 coming from the West.

Westbourne Drive is conveniently located just steps from a vast array of splendid restaurants and shops; some consist of Panera Bread, Urth Café, Soup plantation, Chipotle Grill, Kitchen 24, Fresh Sushi Venues, Le Pain, Fresh Corn Grill, PHOnomenal, Tender Greens, Bosa Nova and much much more...If you are looking for an amazing nightlife, whether on Sunset Strip or Santa Monica Blvd there is enough to choose from all within a safe walking distance and free shuttles just steps from the apartment.
The neighborhood is super friendly with people walking their dogs, skateboarding, bike riding and running. A very relaxed and scenic environment. The property is also located 3 blocks off La Cienega near the Beverly Center and the Beverly Connection with over 100 different stores and restaurants. Should you decide you want to travel to Beverly Hills or Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood, Downtown or the similar, the travel time is all within 20-30 minutes West or East of the apartment.
