The Space
Private room with attached en suite bath for rent in my 2-bedr/2-baths apartment - an ideal situation for a business person in need of a furnished home for a few weeks or months, and much less expensive than staying in a hotel (only about 1/3 or 1/4 of the cost).
The apartment is clean, bright and cozy, and is located in the most beautiful and central area of LA (safe to walk around), on the border of Beverly Hills. City of LA, and West Hollywood. It has a jacuzzi on the roof top. The apartment is newly painted, and the room is furnished with a queen size bed, TV (with DVR service), desk-table, office chair, and even an inversion table (if you'd like to align your back after a long work day).
The layout of the bedrooms with the attached baths makes the space very private. The fully equipped kitchen and living room, which has a cozy fireplace, is shared with me. The bathroom has a sparkling white bathtub with a shower. Additional features: new hardwood/laminate floors, large refrigerator w/freezer unit, stove, micro oven, central air-conditioning/heat, wireless high-speed internet, Direct TV with DVR service, on-site laundry room, lobby and gated indoor parking.
The location is in walking-distance to a very nice new grocery store (Trader Joe's), the Four Season's Hotel, the Beverly Center shopping mall, the Cedar Sinai Hospital, wonderful restaurants, and great shopping/furniture/art stores and coffee shops on trendy Robertson Blvd, as well as Rodeo Drive and the other shopping streets in Beverly Hills. It's really the best and most central and convenient location in LA! I work in TV production.
The Guest
I'm seeking a considerate, responsible, non-smoking and drug-free person to rent to. A small security deposit/reservation fee is due in advance in order to hold/secure the rental dates.
