Walking distance to 2014 PRIDE festivities & parade!! Private room available in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 1920's Bungalow. The house is located in the most sought after area in West Hollywood on a quiet residential street. Permit street parking with pass provided. There are always spaces! My home is very charming and comfortable. Everything has been updated but keeping the character of the original detail. Hardwood floors throughout. Private front dining patio and large private green space out back. Enjoy the afternoon sun in a lounge chair or relax in the hammock. BBQ grill and patio tables available for use as well.
The location is close to everything. Walking distance to Pacific Design Center, Urthe Cafe, Kings Road Cafe, Cecconi's, Craig's, SUR Lounge, Tortilla Republic, The Abbey, Here Lounge, Starbucks, Pavilions, Banks, Hardware store, West Hollywood Park, Pool, & Library.
Also walking distance to high-end shopping on Melrose like Marc Jacobs, DVF, Helmut Lang, Vanessa Bruno, Reformation, Jean de Marry, Jonathan Adler, BCBG, Dash, Kitson, and Mogul to name a few.
The location cannot be beat! Park the car and walk around the City of West Hollywood. It is a true walkable location. Very close to everything. You will love it here. Also please be pet friendly as I have a 22lb Terrier that lives here as well :)
