This sweet two bedroom (with one of the bedrooms being open, but closed off from the first bedroom for privacy) is located in gorgeous, green Los Feliz. Our 1920's building has an ABOVE GROUND POOL, JACUZZI, children's swing, water fountains, fish pond, BBQ's and large deck overlooking the city) are all located behind a secured gate. This very clean, two bedroom apartment is comfortable and well decorated. The mood of the unit is calm and quite. We have all new mattresses in the unit with thick threaded sheets and soft comforters (queen and double). We all new appliances, Kruig coffee maker, and much more. You have one parking spot included with your unit.

Note the unit is to the side of the driveway and has no views.

It is located in a very safe and desirable neighborhood within Los Feliz; perfect for your vacation or business trip. The neighborhood and location could not be better. Everyone also comments on this sweet apartment for it's uncommon value for it's money. We have 24 hour servalence camera's and ATD security of two physical walk thru visits a day.
