As you enter the front door of this large hills home you will be able to hang your coat and bags right in the butler's closet. The large living area which is just down a few steps to the right has beautiful custom furnishings surrounding a large screen TV, 46 inches+. There are lots of windows along three walls of the living area for those who wish for more lighting. Because fires are banned in the Hollywood Hills it is imperative that guest do not attempt to use the fire place.

Along the same first level of this beautiful Hollywood vacation home you may access the dining room which can seat up to 8 people for dinner- and the up-to-date kitchen which over looks the back patio where you may lounge hillside. One of the perks of this home is on the first floor there is a built in office with lots of shelving space and an assistants apartment room which has it's own access to the patio. This assistance room has been designed with a convertible sofa bed where anyone can sleep. This room also has it's own exit to the back patio area. The back patio area of this home is absolutely excellent for entertaining, meetings, or family dinners.

The upstairs of this home has one master bedroom which has it's own bathroom and an a joining room. The adjoining room is excellent for those traveling with an infant or small children as it was previously used as a nursery by the owner of the home. Two other room with a shared bathroom in the hallway allow for other family or travelers to sleep on the same floor.

Garage parking is availalbe for 1 car in the garage of this home but there is plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.

If you are in need of a washer and dryer this home also has an industrial washer and dryer located in the basement of the home.
