LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Situated on a very quiet street, this spacious guesthouse is separate and has a private entrance from the backyard garden -- you are guaranteed to enjoy birds chirping all around!

Walking distance to Sunset Blvd and Silver Lake's retail shops, historic theaters, cafe's, bars and restaurants. Also, walking distance to public transportation (METRO train to downtown, Hollywood, Universal Studio etc.), and to local parks and lakes (Griffith Park, Elysian Park, Observatory, Silver Lake Reservoir and many other attractions. Very close to LA Zoo, Hollywood Walk of Fame, downtown etc.

Located in Los Feliz / Sliver Lake, this private room is airy and tranquil with numerous windows, hardwood floors and French doors opening to a beautiful garden. It has a large shelf cabinet, large desk+ executive leather chair. There's a very comfortable large, full size bed with a double/full size Simmons pillow-top mattress (size: 54'X76' or 135cmX190cm), which can accommodate two people. If needed, an additional foladable mattress w/bedding is also available for kids/extra guests.

The guesthouse is equipped with a mini fridge microwave oven so you can enjoy all those delicious leftovers from the excellent local restaurants and food stands!

The guesthouse has one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There's also free Wi-Fi Internet on site.

Adjacent to the guesthouse, there is a beautiful garden with comfortable chairs/sofa bed to relax and enjoy the LA weather.

I have a cute and friendly cat named Weeza -- she'd be happy to play/cuddle if anyone is interested... Transport: If you have a car there's plenty of street parking all the time. For public transit, the metro is just up the street and buses run throughout the neighborhood.
