2 Bedroom Home-Away-From-Home

Living room, dining room, and kitchen are downstairs. Two bedrooms (each with its own walk-in closet), one full bath are upstairs.

One bedroom is equipped with a Cal King bed, and the other is equipped with a full-sized bed with a twin-sized trundle bed.

Ample, permit-free street parking. TV, Apple TVm, cable TV, high-speed internet, Netflix streaming are all included.

For international travelers, my wife is fluent in German and speaks conversational French. Between us, we have lived in Los Angeles for 35 years, so we can give lots of great suggestions to visitors about what to see and where to go in this beautiful city. We are animal lovers, and we've volunteered in animal rescue for decades. Our three senior, rescued dogs look forward to welcoming you to our home!

Our neighborhood is among the most popular and trendiest in L.A. At the end of our cozy, residential street, there are shops and restaurants, and a fantastic gym! Our home is in the perfect location for people who like to walk to get their morning coffee.

Guests will have access to our charming backyard with patio furniture...great for relaxing and enjoying our lovely Southern California weather!
