I am renting my Roof Terrace Apartment in a central location in Vienna.
The apartment is equipped with everything you can expect (Broadband Wifi Internet, Complete kitchen with microwave, Livingroom with high standard furniture, Cabel TV, Stereo Sound System, and Washingmachine and Dryer in the cellar.

The apartment has an extra small Bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom, big terrace and a huge Livingroom with a very big couch - so a 3rd person can easily sleep on the couch and for a 4th or 5th have to unfoldable single charis that become single beds.

The Apartment is very central. Only 4 min too two Subway stations and several tram stations. 7 min to the city center with Tram 44.

Its in a very popular neighbourhood with a lot of bars, cafes, restaurants and young, artistic and educated and international people. Its the new trendy district in Vienna. (Called Brunnenmarkt Area)
