The Space
This welcoming, charming and very clean apartment is located in a lively multicultural neighborhood next to the Schönbrunn Palace, together with the zoological garden the Schönbrunn Palace with the bordering park area belongs very likely to the most popular touristic targets in Vienna. In any case it is one of the most visited sights in Austria. The location is directly on the pedestrian zone where you can feel the real Viennese life. Our spacious 70 m2 apartment has one bedroom with a double sized bed, personal styled living room with a terrace, nice kitchen with a dining area for 4 persons, cabinet and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The apartment is accessible with a wheelchair on the fifth floor in a very good maintained building with elevator and a nice terrace view.

Sleeping arrangements

The apartment can accommodate max. to 4 people and has one double bed for 2 persons and one double bed sofa for other 2 persons.

Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is professional cleaned and for your convenience is equipped with amenities like bed lines & towels, toiletries and a blowdryer as well with high WIFI internet, cable - TV, washing machine, laundry rack, iron and ironing board.
You can find spare umbrella in the apartment, lot of information materials, like prospects, flyers and maps are also available. In case you need more tips and advices during your stay you can always reach us by phone or mail.

The Neighborhood

The apartment is very convenient located. It is directly on a well known shopping, pedestrian street (Meidlinger Hauptstraße) offering not only huge range of shopping possibility as well restaurants, coffee shops and the traditional Viennese pastry shops. The charming Meidlinger Markt is also just 2 min. walk from the apartment.

Getting Around
The public transport possibilities are all around the place.
Metro line U6 brings you in a 4 min. ride to Westbahnhof, Mariahilferstraße, Museumsquariter which are one of the most interesting places to visit.
Wien Meidling railway station is reachable in a 5 min. walk or one metro station ride with line U6.
Metro line U4 brings you in a 5 min. ride to the Karlsplatz, famous Viennese Opera Hause and Kärtner Straße which leads you directly to the highest attraction point in Vienna the St. Stephan Cathedral.
The Bus lines 10A, 15A, 9A, as well the tram or Straßenbahn 62 are leading you all around Vienna.
Nearby are Citybike stations where you can rent a bike to ride around the city and drop it off at any other location of your choosing.

Parking space: Short parking zone with costs and lots of parking garages in the neighborhood. At request we can provide information about the parking garages and fees.

The regular check-in is 2.p.m. and check-out time is 10pm, please ask if you need other check-in/check-out times.

Payment:
In order to to secure your booking we need 30% deposit through bank transfer.
The outstanding balance is due upon arrival in cash.

House Rules
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Please keep your noise after 10:00 p.m (22:00h.) local time on room level and respect the neighbours.
