At night you can relax in the cosy bedroom that contains a comfortable double bed. The modern bathroom features a bathtub and the toilet is located in a separate room. In case you need it, you will have access to a washer and dryer in the building’s communal area. We offer our guests the chance to park their car safely at our private garage, situated meters away.

In the area around the apartment you will find a range of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants that will provide you with everything you might need. You need just 3 minutes to get to the city center taking the subway line U4 from the Margaretengürtel stop, located approximately 200 m from the apartment. In three stops you will be able to reach Karlsplatz. When you get there, visit Saint Charles’s Church and the Opera House and wander through the Old City until you reach Saint Stephen’s Church.

We offer exclusively for this apartment a secure parking place in an underground garage located in the same building. Our parking space offers the comfort and freedom of knowing that your car is safe and secure. You will receive along with the highest level of customer service a secure parking space for the price of 8 euro per day.

Booking our parking online is easy. Simply inquire for the availability of the parking and you will receive confirmation from us.

Be advised that if you like to use our private garage you have to inform us upon booking the apartment to reserve it for you.

We do not have a reception desk 24/7 and we need to organize an appointment with our agent on site, who will welcome you on arrival date and assist you during your stay. We kindly ask you to inform us (preferably over the phone a few hours in advance) in case your arrival has to be postponed. For any delay more than one hour there will be an added fee of 10,00 Euro due to the fact that we need to reschedule and plan an extra journey to your address.
