Lovely Apartment In Vienna (Apt. B)

The lovely apartment with bright, homey living space is located in a charming Viennese turn of the century building. it is centrally located, quiet and you can feel the atmosphere of a Viennese home! The apartment has a spacious living spaces with a dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, one of these old-fashened but funny rocking chairs, a TV with many channels, but in Enlish there are just 3 or 4 news channels, not many movies, so sorry! There are a few books in English. Here I have definitely a shortage! Maybe you like to leave your used one behind? :) There is free wireless internet and one good guide book in English for you (Lonely Planet Vienna)! Because of the central heating it's always nice and warm in winter. In summer it is also nice, because the old house has very thick walls and high ceilings. The kitchen is careful equipped. You can use a stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a dishwasher and there are enough dishes for you. Nice coffee, various teas, malt coffee (I like it so much), fresh milk and cocoa are provided for free and you are welcome to help yourself. The big double bed with excellent matrass is prepared and ready for you to let you have a nice sleep! There is enough space for your clothes and a very romantic makeup table. The bathroom with hot shower is new, roomy and nice! A hair dryer, shampoo, soap, towels and bath towels are always available for you. There is a separate toilet and an entrance hall with a wardrobe. Unfortunately there is NO SMOKING area in the whole building. We live in the same building and you can ring at our door easily! THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential area. It's just 15 minutes to the center! In the area surrounding the apartment are different shops, grocery stores, a swimming pool, restaurants, cafés for having breakfast, two cabarets, a small, nice bar with music and a leafy courtyard. Close to the apartment a colorful market invites you to take a stroll and next to it there are a square with cozy street cafés, alternative places to go out, and small restaurants with lively beer gardens. You can enjoy excellent food from around the world, or just a Viennes coffee or drinks in a timeless atmosphere. Our neighbourhood has the advantage that restaurants and bars are much cheaper, more authentic and somehow more fun than in the city center. PUBLIC TRASPORT The most popular sights in the city center can be reached directly by tram in 15 minutes! Three minutes walk to the trams into the city center, the West Railway Station or the countryside. At night the tram runs till 00:30 clock and later there is a night bus N43, which runs up from downtown directly to us.
