Lovely apartment Vienna (A)

The friendly decorated and cozy studio is brand new and located in a charming Viennese turn of the century building. It is fully equipped, so you can move in and just feel at home! You will enter the studio through your entrance hall with a small wardrobe for your jackets. The studio has a spacious and careful equipped kitchen with a stove, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge, a dishwasher, and dishes. Coffee, milk, various teas and cocoa will be provided for you. The bed is a very special one, it's big and one of this old-fashioned but very romantic ones :) Of cause it will be prepared nicely for you! The bathroom is nice, with hot shower, toilet, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. Towels, bath towels are prepared for you and you always are welcome to ask for more. You have a HD TV (in Enlish there are just 3 or 4 news channels, so sorry!), wireless internet, a guide book in English (Lonely Planet Vienna) and a radio. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential area and just 15 minutes from the center! In the area surrounding the apartment all the facilities of a complete inner-city infrastructure are available. There are different shops, groceries, a swimming pool, restaurants, cafes for having breakfast, two cabarets, a small, nice bar with music and a leafy courtyard and much more. A colorful market invites you to take a stroll and next to it, a square with cozy street cafes, alternative places to go out and small restaurants with lively beer gardens. You can enjoy excellent food from around the world or even just a coffee and drinks in timeless atmosphere. Our neighbourhood has the advantage that restaurants and bars are much cheaper, more authentic and somehow more fun than in the city center. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The most popular sights in the city center can be reached by the excellent connections to public transport in 15 minutes. Three minutes walk to the trams into the city center, the West Railway Station or the countryside. At night the tram runs till 00:30 clock and later there is a night bus N43, which runs up from downtown directly to us. We prepared a guide book in English, a city map and a small environmental plan with some nice inspirations for you and are always happy to assist you! • NONSMOKER! There is NO SMOKING AREA in the whole building. • Sorry, we can not host families with kids. • We ask our guests to be restfully in the house and to do not make noise. • Please take off the street shoes in the anterroom already (wooden floor). • Please don't step on the toilet seat. • No pets in the apartment.
