   It's walking distance to business and government establishments (5 minute walk) like RCBC plaza, Makati Medical Center, Italian embassy, Indonesian embassy, LKG Tower, Convergys and People's Support, Makati Fire Station, Makati Post Office.

   It's 30 to 45-minute drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Resorts World Manila during daytime normal traffic.

   We are close to malls and supermarkets and surrounded by 24/7 convenience stores such as Watsons, Mini Stop, 7-11, Mercury Pharmacy. Figaro coffee shop and 7-11 are now open at the ground floor of the building.

   A walk to Greenbelt Mall will take about 20 minutes or less.

   Taking a cab to Glorietta Mall, SM Makati, The Landmark or Rustan's Department Store takes less than 20 minutes in normal traffic and costs PhpP65 to Php80 (USD2).

PARKING:
   There is no parking space assigned to the unit but paid parking is available at the back of the building (Sotto Street) from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and free parking the rest of the night. This is road side parking only but it's not a busy street and 24/7 security guards the back of the building.
