Welcome to our vacation 4 Bedroom Located in Paranaque City on a high floor with a Panoramic view of Manila Bay.
Perfect for those short stays, business trips, family reunions, going away parties, and other such occasions.

The unit has 4 bedrooms with 2 King,1 Queen and 2 Single Beds (One King and Queen has Orthopedic Mattresses)
It's Literally 5 mins Drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal 2 without traffic,
A 5 minute Walk to the City of Dreams Casino (Manila).
9 minutes drive to Mall of Asia
15 minutes Drive to Makati Ayala Center via EDSA
5 minutes Drive to the American and Japanese Embassy
7 minutes Drive to Solaire Resort and Casino
12 Minutes Drive to Resorts World Manila Newport City
A Taxi and Bus Stand Right In front of the apartment complex makes Public Transportation very convenient to any part of the Metro.

During the Weekend (Friday and Saturday) you can view the Fireworks Display of Mall of Asia from our balcony which is a great experience for Children.

We understand the need to feel at home when you are out of your comfort zone.
So we provide most items to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Please feel free to contact me whenever you want to.

The whole Unit is yours during the length of your stay. We keep one key for the Main Door in the event of an emergency. If you require a cleaning service we can provide it with prior notice.

If you have a Car we will be able to rent out our parking lot to you for $5 USD a night.

If you require an extra mattress(with a pillow and blanket) we can provide up to 3 for $20 USD/each

We provide a Towel for each Guest, Body Soap and Shampoo. Also 5 gallons of purified drinking water.

For the Minimum of 6 guest we offer access to 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms an additional 1 bedroom is available for every 2 guest after. Maximum of 15 guest for all four rooms with access to all 3 bathrooms.
