My unit is located at the prime area of Makati City.
Situated along Chino Roces Avenue (formerly Pasong Tamo), you will find
there is a mall beside the condominium (complete with movie theatre, supermarket, Starbucks, Jollibbee (local version of Mc Donald's), restaurants, a bookstore, etc). In front of the building is a school and a few steps from there, is a church.

Airport terminals are just 10-15 minutes away (by car) & via the Skyway is less than 5 minutes away.

The Fort (newest development) is just 15 minutes from my unit while the city of Manila (where you can view the sunset of Manila Bay or drop by the historical site, Intramuros) is just 20-30 mins away.

A couple with one child can comfortably sleep in the Queen-sized bed of the bedroom.
