-What is the minimum length of stay?

The guest must stay minimum of 1 night.

-Is the Electricity, Water, Internet, Cable TV bills and Cleaning Service are
included in the rental?
Yes, the utility bills are included.

-What is the Payment term?
You may pay thru this website for full amount or contact me if you have other
arrangement.

-Can I cook?
Yes, you can cook your favourite meal. Cooking equipment’s and utensils are
available and free to use.

-I need internet connection inside the room.
Internet is available inside the bedroom.

-I’m here to relax, I don’t want to go far just to eat in the restaurant and
buy something from the supermarket.
One of the best features of this condominium is the mall on the ground floor.
The Mall with supermarket is open till 9pm; however, if you wish to go out
even 3am, there are restaurants besides that are open 24 hours. If you wish
to have a bottle of beer in safe environment, the place is also walking
distance to Nightlife Street of Makati.

-I’m new in Manila and I need a place that is accessible.
The area is in Makati, and transportation vehicle is 24 hrs available.

-How can I get there from the airport?
You may take an airport taxi or we can also arrange a car to pick you up in
the airport (with fee of 1,000php oneway inclusive of fuel and driver). The
airport is only 15 minutes away from Jazz Residences (without traffic).

-What time is the check-in and check out?
Check-in time starts at 1:00PM and Check-out time ends at 12:00 noon. If you
will arrive earlier or later, just inform me on time.
