Since I am based in the UK, I won't be present at my listing during my guests' stay but they can still contact me by email.

My guests can expect a safe neighborhood with security guards in each building and policemen walking around. They will be in close proximity to many establishments, clubs, restaurants, transport, etc.

The Gramercy Residences is located between Kalayaan Avenue and Eduque Street and is a short drive to MRT stations. Taxis and jeepneys pass by the area while airport is about 20 minutes drive to Gramercy. There is pay-parking spaces just outside the building.

Amenities such as THX Theater (free) and Transport Service (payable) must be booked in advance if guests want to avail them.
