Great location assure you easy access to the historic peninsula. It has separate 3 BR , huge space about 145 sq. meters with relaxing balcony and a pretty patio behind. Our this unit situated at the Ground Floor so that very easily accessible into home.

It is spacious and large with 3 separete bedroom, 2 Kingsize beds & 3 single beds, 1 Sofa bed, can comfortably accommodate 7 people.

It is very near (just 5-10 minutes walking distance) to the Airport-Aksaray underground metro line, Aksaray-Taksim tamway line and intercontinentan undersea metro line the 'MARMARAY' which has been joined Asia-Europe-Marmara sea togather. So you gonna get such a glorious feelings of intercontinental living!

Wifi, luxury sheets, towels, big satellite TV, toys, games, furniture, fully-equipped kitchen with all facilities (so that guests can cook & eat as they wish), fridge,washing machine,air conditioner, water heater, iron & iron bed including spacious power shower.

Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment’s door get the tram and train stations, offering rapid and easy transportation to all parts of Istanbul.

Guest Access

You will have the complete house to yourselves but we will welcome and meet you to hand over the keys and show you all the features of the house and area, give useful information whenever you want.

Interaction with Guests

We do not live in this house. We keep it just for our guests. we will welcome and meet with our honourable guests to hand over the keys and show you all the features of the house and area.
Free Cleaing system: We have daily/once in 2 days/upon request cleaning method.
We also have 7/24 service available in emergency.

The Neighborhood

Istanbul is a city of colours. All kinds of people from different colours, languages and classes love this city so much.

Blue Mosque, Hippodrome Square, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Golden Horn, the Galata tower, Dolmabahce Palace, little Hagia Sophia Mosque and many others ancient relics give deep and great experience, energy and practical historic lesson.
Turkish kabab is famous and delisious all over the world also turkish made fish. We recommend our guest also to go Asian side to take the proper taste of food in more convenient price as well.

The Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar & Grand bazaar are the world wide famous historical shopping village. Please note that, need to walk around of these markets to get the same things in cheaper price.

We are in service here, we must provide you the information you want, all about tourism. :)

Getting around

As we mentioned above it is very close (just 5-10 minutes walking distance) to the Airport-Aksaray underground metro line, Aksaray-Taksim tamway line and intercontinentan undersea metro line the 'MARMARAY'.

As this is one of the central point of the city, there are convenient public transports (Metro, Tramway, Marmaray undersea line, otobuses, Mini buses, taxis etc) available. We will provide a map with details and useful information.
Easy access from airport to house:
1. Take Airport-to-Aksaray metro. Get off at Aksaray Station. Ask anyone to go 'Cerrahpaşa Caddesi' . It is just 7-12 minutes walking distance. You are at home.
Or
2. We can organise a pick up from Ataturk Airport for 35 Euro, Sabiha Gokcen for 70 Euro (per a car).

Other Things to Note

-Free Car parking available in front of the building.
-Guests will be given an electronic ticket card for public transports.

House Rules:

-We thank our guests for not smoking in the room. You can always just walk out and smoke in the balcony fresh air.
-Please let us know about the broken things, so we can fix it for our next guest.
-No unexpected guests are wellcome to stay overnight for safety reasons.
-Our cleaning time is 11:00 am-13:00pm, please inform us before when you don’t need.
-There is a pair of keys on the Wall, please do not forget to put it back when you check out.
-Towels and bed sheets will be changed once in every two days.
