Rental Details
This is the perfect unit for the travelling family or a group of friends. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, shower and bathroom, TV and fast internet. Everything for a budget and enjoyable stay at Sultanahmet and the historical peninsula.
Includes free airport transfer for weekly rentals from Ataturk Airport. We are just on the historical sea walls of Istanbul. 10 minutes walk from the main attractions such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and the Topkapi Palace. The unit is conveniently accessible by tram, train and cab. While you are in the middle of history, you are away from the hustle of the restaurants and shops. You can easily walk to supermarkets and affordable cafes as well as top restaurants.
Our guests have access to a complimentary phone line with 10 TL credit during their stay. This they can use to contact us 7/24 as well as call friends and make reservations. We also offer a complimentary android tablet in case you don't bring your own laptop. The unit is next to the garden and our guests are privileged to enjoy the evening drinking a cup of tea.
We greet our guests as they arrive and make sure everything is ok as they settle. Then we give them info about the surroundings and the history of the area. Our guests are free to call us during their entire stay and get tips on where to shop, where to eat and what to see. If you want to argue with the cab driver, just call us, hand the phone to the driver and we'll take care of the rest for you :) Our entire family speaks English, me and my brother we speak German.
You'll be located at the palace point, where the first Byzantine Palace was built and later the Ottomans founded their capital and built the Topkapi Palace. My family has been living at the same spot for the last 120 years and our neighbours, the Cagaloglus have been living here for the last 400 years. This is one of the last remaining neighborhoods in the Sultanahmet area.
You can access the Sultanahmet and Çemberlitaş tram stations by 10 mins walking. Similarly you can access the bus by 5 mins walking. The ferries are about 10 mins by car or 3 stops by tram.

We can provide you airport transfer through our transfer partner from either airport, if you ask for it. They charge 70 TL from Ataturk Airport and 160 TL from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Similarly there are private shuttles and joint shuttles leaving to the airports. The return trips are cheaper since it doesn't involve the waiting.
Don't take a cab from Sabiha Gokcen. Take the bus to Taksim followed by a cab or tram.
You can buy museum tickets in advance. Especially Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern queues can be very long.
