Located near the Palermo Soho neighborhood —considered to be the most vibrant and exciting area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is just blocks from Plaza Serrano and Plaza Palermo Viejo. It is spacious with over 522 sq. feet (52 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to it’s high location on the 8th Floor of the building.
The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in May 2011. The building features sauna, pool and gym. It is one of the most well located buildings in Palermo.
The location can't be beat with access to all public transportation both day and night. Only 4 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway station (line "D") that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour of the day or night.
It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end custom made for this apartment.

There is a 32' LCD TV that can be used both in the bedroom and living room in a specially designed room divider so you have total privacy in the bedroom. The TV swivels around to be used on either side so when there is a TV on one side the other has a mirror.
