The apartment is 440 sq ft and has a big and bright balcony facing the street on the 5th floor. Balcony is North oriented, which in the South Hemisphere, means sun all day long.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, electric toaster and knife.
AC, WI FI, Audio, Cable TV.

Complete bathroom with bidet, bath tub and hair dryer.
The building is 5 years old and has night security (from 8PM till 8AM). On weekends, 24 hour security.

The highlight of the building is the 10th and 11th floor, where you can enjoy barbecues, swimming pool with great views of the city, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and laundry.

The building is situated at only three blocks from Santa Fe Av., Palermo subway station (D Line) and lots of bus stops. You have many restaurants within walking distance.

Note: Please make sure your arrival time is after 10 AM and by 8 PM. It´s very difficult for me to make late check ins!!! Thanks and enjoy the city!
