Lately this neighborhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active night life around Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia. This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producer ‘s studios.

The apartment has a long balcony, with neighborhood views where you can watch the sunset while sipping a glass of wine.

On the upper floor are two comfortable bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and a neighbourhood views. The second bedroom offers one queen bed a two singles beds, as required, both have 100% cotton sheets and quality pillow-top mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, electric kettle, juicer and Fridge with Freezer compartment, Oven & Stovetop, Pots & Pans.
The apartment has a bathrooms and a toilette.
On the top floor of the building is a multi-purpose- room with a terrace, barbecue, tables and chairs, also on this floor is the swimming pool and the solarium. You can see the sunset while enjoying a barbecue. It has Wi-Fi internet.
The building has a laundry with free washing machines.
The rates include: Linens and towels, electricity, building fees, city taxes, cable TV, telephone, water, maid service once a week.

Check-In be twin 2 pm – 8 pm. Check-out be twin 8 am – 11 am. If you want to make your entrance or departure outside these hours you must notify in advance and it has an extra cost.
Early Check-In (before 2pm) or late Check-out (after 11am) are subject to the apartment being available. If you arrive early or leave late we can arrange to store you luggage for you.
Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside on the terrace or balcony.
No allowed: youth groups, pets, parties.
Security deposit (is returned upon to check out): For less than a month $ 400 for one month or more or $ 800.
