This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producer´s studios.

Two comfortable bedrooms offers a queen bed (or two singles as required), 100% cotton sheets and quality pillow-top mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including: Coffee Maker, Toaster, electric kettle, Microwave, juicer and Fridge with Freezer compartment, Oven & Stovetop, Pots & Pans.
The apartment has a bathrooms and a toilette.
On the top floor of the building is a multi-purpose- room with a terrace, barbecue, tables and chairs, also on this floor is the swimming pool and the solarium. You can see the sunset while enjoying a barbecue. It has Wi Fi internet
The building has a laundry with free washing machines.
The rates include: Linens and towels, electricity, building fees, city taxes, cable TV, telephone, water, maid service once a week.

Check-In be twin 2 pm – 8 pm. Check-out be twin 8 am – 11 am.
Early Check-In (before 2pm) or late Check-out (after 11am) are subject to the apartment being available and it has an extra cost or we can arrange to store you luggage for you.
Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside on the terrace or balcony.
No allowed: youth groups, pets, children between 1 and 5 years
Security deposit (is returned upon to check out): For less than a month $ 400 for one month or more or $ 800. Payment must be in cash at the time of check in.

Departamento con amplio balcón con vistas despejadas a la esquina.
Totalmente equipado: Aire acondicionado frio-calor en todos los ambientes,, dos televisores LCD 32 con home theatre para usar con nuestra colección de películas en DVD, equipo de música con entrada para I- pod, caja de seguridad, secador de pelo, radio-reloj despertador, internet Wi-Fi, TV por cable, teléfono fijo con llamadas locales ilimitadas (5000 min ), microondas, cafetera, tostadora, juguera.
Dos dormitorios con posibilidad de cama matrimonial o individual según la necesidad, sabanas de algodón y edredón de duvet y pisos de madera. Un baño completo y un toilette.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para su estadía: Cafetera, horno microondas, pava eléctrica tostadora, juguera, heladera con freezer, horno, anafe vitroceramico y todos los utensilios de cocina.
En el último piso del edificio hay un Salón de Usos Múltiples con terraza, parrilla, mesas y sillas, en este piso también está la piscina y el solárium desde donde se puede ver los atardeceres en la ciudad mientras se disfruta de un asado. El SUM tiene internet Wi Fi.
La tarifa incluye: Sabanas y Toallas, Electricidad, Expensas, Impuestos, TV por Cable y Limpieza una vez por semana.
No permitido: Mascotas, grupos de jovenes, niños entre 1 y 4 años. Se permite fumar solo en el balcón.
Deposito de garantía (se devuelve en el check out) :Por menos de un mes u$s 400, por un mes o mas u$s 800.

Check-in: De 2 pm a 8 pm. Check out: De 8 am a 11 am.
Check-In temprano (antes de 14:00) o check-out tarde (después de las 11 horas) están sujetos a la disponibilidad del departamento. Ambos tienen un costo adicional o podemos organizarnos para guardar su equipaje.
