The apartment includes a living/dining room and built-in kitchen. It has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a beautiful sunny balcony and a large private terrace.
Ideal for people working in film, TV or advertising (close to the major production houses) and for medium- to long-term students or visitors who wish to experience a BA that is close to everything but far from the noise.
Fully equipped with Directv, wifi internet, heating, telephone, etc. The kitchen comes with fridge, gas oven and stove, microwave, iron, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The bedroom has a double bed, sheets and towels for 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a table with four chairs.
