"The company’s client or representative may cancel a room in writing, by email, facsimile or phone.

- Reservations for 1 to 15 nights may be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival without charge.

- Reservations for 15 to 29 nights may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival without charge. Within 7 days a four-night penalty will apply.

- Reservations for more than 30 nights may be cancelled or shortened 28 days prior to arrival without charge. Within 28 days a five-night penalty will apply.
