Car Parking: Public secure underground parking 200 metres from building (600 CZK approx. 24 EUR/day). Apartment consists of a hall, a living room, a kitchen with dining where all is an open plan, a cloakroom, one bedroom and one bathroom. There is intercom for better comfort of our clients. The living room has a two double sleeping sofa beds, a TV set with satellite channels and a CD/DVD player with radio. There is free WiFi internet access. There are also coffee tables and lamps.

The kitchen is furnished with table and chairs and is modern and well equipped with an oven, built-in refridgerator with dishwasher and microwave oven, a toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. Bedroom is spacious and has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a chest of drawers. Bathroom is modern and has a shower, a wash basin, a heated floor with heated towel rail and a toilet. A washing machine is also provided in the apartment . In 30 metres from the apartment you will find ATM, theatre, restaurant, vegeterian restaurant, grocery, wine shop and many other shops.
