Lovely 1 Bedroom Apartment in Holesovice, Prague 7

Have a great time in Prague and enjoy your vacation while staying in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Prague! We offer accomodation in our new attic flat close to the lovely Letna park.

2+1, 54m2, in a neat house with elevator. 2 minutes walk from tram stop Letenske namesti (3 stops to metro station A and C), 12 km from the Airport, a walking distance to Municipal house and Palladium shopping center (15 min), Old Town Square (20 min), and Prague Castle (25 min walk via beautiful park and gardens).

We offer a nice cold bottle of Pilsner Urquell per person to refresh you after arrival plus a free bottle of a great Italian Prossecco Bidoli) for more than 5 nights stay.
Do you love wine? You can also choose from  a  selection  of great Italian Bidoli wines-Chardonney, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio( Rose) for favorable prices around 7 Euros and they will be waiting for you chilled and ready to serve.
We will provide you turistic maps, tips  and help what to see,  we can order you a taxi plus give you a voucher with a discount to a lovely Cafe Wine Bar close to Charles bridge. 

ACCOMODATION

The apartment is fully equipped and it has a rather hotel feeling. It is great for two people, but thanks to a foldable sofa 4 people can fit in just fine. We are happy to welcome families with children as well, as we can provide a baby crib with mattres and a blanket, a stroller (Bugaboo bee), a baby car seat, dining chair, a children stool, WC potty, toys and games etc. upon request.

SEPARATE BEDROOM with King size bed 180 cm, dresser and wardrobe.

LIVING ROOM with a foldable sofa, big TV with more than 50 foreign channels (kid’s channels too) and USB drive, Free WiFi internet, a DVD player, iPhone 4/4s docking and music station.

We have a special Velux blinds with sun protection on the roof windows, so both rooms are nice and pleasant even during the hot summer.

SEPARATE KITCHEN with a fridge and freezer, an electric stove with grill, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (free coffee / tea), a microwave, kettle, toaster (free toast bread), and all the kitchen appliances for dining and cooking (pots, pans, incl. oil, salt, pepper, flour etc.)

BATHROOM with toilet, shower, washing machine (free washing powder/capsules), hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and 2 big towels per person (nice and fresh from tumble dryer), iron and ironing board.

LOCATION

Letna neighborhood is a cool and trendy part of the city, where there are many great places you could enjoy, such as bars and restaurants (Indian, Italian, Czech, Chinese, Turkish cuisine), galleries (National Gallery, DOX/Contemporary Art Gallery), beer gardens, child-friendly cafes, Billa supermarket (opened every day 7a.m.-9p.m.), post office, pharmacy, tram stop, cheese shop, grocery, drugstore- all of these just 2 min walk from the flat. You can enjoy a beer in the beer garden close to the National Technical Museum, rent a bike, in-line skates or have a nice picnic in a lovely park Letenske sady just opposite street or Stromovka park, which is situated only 5 minutes walking distance- we are happy to provide you with a picnic set for free!

TRANSPORT

The airport is just 12 km away and we can book you a taxi if you´d like ( it will cost around 20Euros), although it takes only 25 minutes by the public transport ( bus to Hradcanska stop/4 tram stops to Letenske namesti), or only 15 minutes by tram from Main Railway Station.

All the main tourist attractions are 10-20 minutes walking distance or just a few minutes ride by tram, as the Prague public transport is well organized, even at night.

HOME RULES

Pets are allowed upon request.

No wild parties and please silence after 10 p.m., as the apartment is situated in the same hallway with two more flats.
