The apartment is ideal for spending great holidays in Paris, either for a family or a couple of friends:
The 50 square-meter double living room boasts a beautiful Hungarian Points parquet floor leading to windowed doors and a 15-meter balcony (with flowers in season). Under a ceiling with decorative mouldings there is a large, contemporary dining table easily seating six and two large, comfortable sofas for entertaining and conversation. A 50-inch plasma TV coupled to a Dolby surround sound system offers hundreds of video and music stations for your entertainment.

The eat-in kitchen is fully updated with a large American-style refrigerator, microwave and conventional turbo ovens, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, food processor, induction-top electric range with a venting hood, and all the cookware, dinnerware and eating and cooking utensils you may need. And its round glass table can comfortably seat 4-5 for breakfast or a quick meal. (Owner requests no pork products in house.)

There are three separate bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed with a view of the building's courtyard and a 37-inch flat-screen TV. The second has a large convertible double bed the third room has twin single beds 90/190cm, both rooms has a views of the Eiffel Tower, and large windows/ doors to the outside balcony. One has a 40-inch LCD Smart TV, the other, a 27-inch LCD. In a pinch, the living room sofas may be used as extra sleeping accommodations.

There are two bathrooms: The master bath has two wash basins, a tub and a toilet. The second was recently renovated and has a wash basin and shower.
