Stylish 55 square meter apartment, with a large living room, separate kitchen, and a double bedroom with en-suite toilet, entirely renovated and refurbished in 2010, situated on the 1st floor of an elegant building (no elevator) in one of the smartest residential areas of the city, in Paris 16th district. Complete with a cellar for private storage, the apartment is ideal for even long term stays. Elegant and sunny apartment of 55 square meters, located on the first floor of a stately building in the 16th arrondissement, one of the most chic and calm areas in Paris. Completely refurbished in 2010, the apartment consists of two main distinct areas: the living and sleeping area. Once inside the entrance a large library with two ceramic columns and a built-in closet greet you in the foyer. To the right of this is the living area, which opens with an elegant living room complete with marble fireplace, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Two large windows overlook the smart rue de Siam, allowing also for plenty of natural sunlight to flood inside the room during the day. To the right are two doors, one of which leads directly to the practice and cozy separate kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances including a microwave, and complete with a table with bar stools, for dining on. The second door leads to the main bathroom, fitted with a stall shower, washbasin and toilet. Linens and towels provided. The sleeping area offers a bedroom with en-suite toilet. The bedroom, bright and very quiet, is furnished with a double bed (160cm), an armchair, a large built-in wardrobe and a wooden console. From here, a door hides the en suite bathroom with wash basin and toilet, as well as washer and dryer. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.
