In this beautiful 4 bedroom Beach Home the kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open floor plan..There is a dining table that fits 6 persons and the breakfast bar fits another 4 persons..There is a large master bedroom that has a queen bed, a twin sofa bed, a large walk-in closet and private bath.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room..In the 4th bedroom there is an efficiency kitchen that has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, and a 2 burner stove. Also in this 4th bedroom there is a balcony with ocean views that has 2 chairs, and the queen bed is a sod abed. 

There are three plasma TV’s in this home; a 42″ in the living room, a 42″ in the master bedroom, and a 32″ in the 3rd bedroom..All the TV’s have Direct TV Satellite. The kitchen has all stainless appliances; double door refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, built in large microwave, and gas range/oven..Central air conditioning is available..

The home and building were recently renovated with a new kitchen that has higher-end appliances, new tiled bathrooms, and new wood floors throughout.
