Our architectural luxury beach home is ON the beach (no walking) and is a PRIVATE home (not a condo/apt/room). It's perfect for a vacationing family, a business group, or a special event. It's in a secluded neighborhood and only 10 minutes from LAX.


This stunning home was architectually designed to take advantage of California's lifestyle and weather, with large open sunny spaces, vaulted ceilings, skylights and modern amenities. It was recently fully renovated with impeccable designer furnishings & art. Located in safe, upscale (and hidden) Playa Del Rey, it's convenient to LAX and close to all of Los Angeles.

It's the perfect place to play in the sand or relax after work by enjoying the sunset from the private outdoor patio, the private terrace or one of the oversized couches.

THE HEDRIX LOUNGE is open and comfortable with oversized furniture, fireplace, 60" flat screen HD TV with DirecTV, and state-of-the-art entertainment system. Sit back, relax and enjoy a quiet evening in front of the fireplace while watching the sunset or your favorite show or movie. The decor was provided by an owner in the music/entertainment industry.

If you're here for business, use the lounge as your beach-front office. This space is conducive to holding important meetings, and making presentations or video conference calls.

DINING. Host a dinner party in the dining room that seats 8, or a barbecue on the private patio that seats another 8. Then enjoy the sunset and the ambience of the fireplace and the fire pit.

THE PRIVATE PATIO has a gated entrance leading onto the golden California sand (some of the best beaches in the world are right outside your door).

KITCHEN. Fully-equipped granite and hardwood with spacious breakfast bar, full-size top-of-the-line appliances, and full-size washer and dryer.

SLEEPING
All three bedroom-suites are equipped with:
• en-suite bathrooms,
• internet-connected flat-screen TVs with DirecTV satellite service,
• work desks with Herman Miller chairs, extra monitors and high-speed Wifi,
• refrigerators, and
• safes.

In addition, THE MASTER "MARILYN" SUITE, the upstairs ocean-facing bedroom (approximately 750 square feet), has:
• California King bed with ocean view
• En-suite “His" and "Her” bathrooms – full bathrooms with adjoining door and separate entrances for added privacy,
• Private terrace overlooking the ocean,
• fireplace, and
• Large walk-in closet.

THE BEATLES SUITE, upstairs (approximately 400 square feet), also has:
• Four-poster queen-size bed,
• Down-filled suede sofa, and
• Large walk-in closet.

THE WRIGHT BROS SUITE, downstairs (approximately 200 square feet), also has:
• Queen-size bed with leather headboard.

There is secure parking for 4 cars - two in the locked garage.

There are many excellent restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Recommendations are provided.

Bicycles and roll-away beds may be available.

Parties (gatherings in excess of 8) are prohibited without advance written notice, and fall under special pricing.
