PLEASE NOTE: This yacht is in a quiet marina community. Loud noise and parties will not be tolerated while in the slip. If you are looking to have a party or get-together, you may book a harbor tour or coastal cruise, even overnight in Catalina, however there are strict regulations on noise after 9pm at night.

This ultimate waterfront accommodation and a unique yacht experience is located in Marina del Rey, minutes away from tourist destinations such as Venice Beach and Santa Monica, some of the most popular beaches in the world.

There is an abundant selection of nearby restaurants, and casual dining, all within walking distance.

This is the ideal waterfront vacation rental home, or "yacht hotel", providing a memorable vacation experience.

The 48-foot “Yacht Home” has a spacious salon (living room) and is equipped with free WiFi, Blu-Ray player, DVD player, and flat-screen HDTV. The fully stocked kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs. The area has a height of 6'4" and feels spacious.

The charming master suite has a private bathroom, including a soaking tub, shower, HDTV, DVD player, iPod dock, and is fully stocked with luxury linens.

The V-berth has additional bunk bed room with adjoining bathroom as well. This area is perfect for kids, but is large enough to accommodate 2 adults.

NOTE: There is only one shower/bathtub on the boat, in the master bedroom. The second bathroom only has a toilet and sink.

The stunning upper sun deck is ideal for morning coffee,
dinner cruises, BBQs, watching the dolphins or sea lions play, sunbathing, or sleeping under the stars.

There are excursions available as well, from a day trip (or overnight excursions) to Catalina or a cruise along the coast, to a relaxing dinner cruise on the upper deck in Marina del Rey Harbor. Please inquire about availability and prices.

The yacht comfortably sleeps 4, but can sleep 2
additional on demand on the pull-out queen bed in the main salon. Decorated with designer décor including plush linens, down comforters, and clean colors; you will experience your most memorable onboard experience ever.
