3 Bedroom Venice Beach House

Rental Interior:
This lovely 3 bedroom home is a traditional vacation rental and corporate housing unit which has been placed under the care of our company by the owner when they travel. The sleeping arrangements include a queen sized bed in the main room, a full sized bed in the first spare room, and a built loft style (almost queen sized) in the additional spare room.

The entrance for this lovely short-term rental home is through the Kitchen where you'll find everything you need to prepare meals for your family or fellow travelers. Eating room is limited for up to 4 guest at the kitchen table.

Rental Exterior:
The exterior of this lovely vacation home and corporate housing unit has a lot to offer any type of traveler. First of all you can easily walk to many of the most popular tourist attractions along the Los Angeles beach coast. There are also bike rental shops where you can easily purchase a bike rental and scoot up and down the coast. There are more than 100 bars and restaurants all within a 5 mile radius and many of them within walking distance.

The patio of this unit is absolutely tranquil and relaxing. Parties are not welcome on the balcony as many of the neighbors may complain. This quiet neighborhood welcomes guest- but not parties. Please make sure when booking this rental you are prepared to keep your noise level down during the day and silenced after 8 pm (city law).

All Dogs are welcome except for some restricted breeds or similar size/breed dogs, Please refer to photos. Pet Deposits are mandatory with $500.00 pet deposit per pet.
