This is a large, furnished, private room of a 4-bedroom apartment sharing a bathroom and kitchen. You have a queen size bed to sleep on and clean linens in your own private room..

The room is fully furnished ( private room ):
- TV 32" (with basic cable)
- dresser/mirror
- The sheets, pillows and blankets are provided
- Has heat at the winter/fan at summer.
- No towels, hair dryer or personal stuff ( not provided - only by request )

The apartment is located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City … Is 10 minute walking to Columbia Medical University/NY Presbyterian Hospital, so you are in a good and safe area. There are 2 different train stops that you can catch - both are within a 3 to 5 minute walk from the apartment ( A and 1)..
The 175th Street-A train-stop will have you at Columbus Circle 59th-Central Park in 10 min and at Times Square in 15 minutes.. The 181st street- 1 train-stop, also..
Great restaurants, Broadway and all transportation are easily accessible.
This neighborhood is predominantly Columbia University Med Students and latin workers, and has a great night life. The neighborhood is full of good foods, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post office, shops, gym, etc. A beautiful park is only 3 blocks away with views of the Bridge. Also the Fort Tryon Park/The Cloisters Museum at 15 min walking..

Basic check in is at 4 pm /check out time is 12 pm. I am flexible on the schedule, so please ask before..

A three-day minimum stay is required.

You'll share the apartment, all laid back. Long and short terms are allowed.
Please be a tourist, go outside to now New York City, this is not available for a place to crash and hang out all during the day.

If you have an earlier arrival ( before 12 pm ) or late arrival ( after 10.30 pm )- PLS INFORM BEFORE.. Also, before booking inform how many adults (+18 years) are coming ( no childrens, no pregnacy, no discapacity)..
