Rental Details
The name of the area is Inwood, Manhattan. It is located in the upper end point of Manhattan. Inwood is historical known for it's Indian heritage. Inwood also includes Dyckman House, the last remaining Dutch colonial-era farmhouse in Manhattan. Parks in Inwood include Inwood Hill Park (on the Hudson River), and Fort Tyron Park. Inwood is also home to the Dyckman House Farm, the oldest remaining farmhouse on Manhattan island.
BEDS |
There is one pillow top queen size bed in the bedroom that can accommodate 2 people. There is an extra standard queen mattress just next to the entrance of the apartment that can also accommodate 2 people. There is also an extra full size air mattress that can accommodate 1 person. The couch is also available and can accommodate 1 person.
BEDDING & LINEN |
Towels, wash rags, sheets and pillows are provided.
THE KITCHEN | There are pots, pans, forks, spoons, knives, plates, bowls, and other kitchen utensils available to cook.
THE KEYS | The keys are placed outside of the apartment so you can check-in anytime.
LAUNDRY |
The is a laundry located inside the building. It is $10 minimum for each laundry card. There is also a 24 hour laundry store two blocks from the apartment.

Please make sure to view the picture directions once you receive your roomorama itinerary. You will receive your roomorama itinerary in your roomorama account and also by email once your reservation is confirmed. Please review your roomorama itinerary once your reservation is confirmed.
I have an automatic self check-in/check-out process as well as a Co-Host. Picture directions and instructions for the key locations and directions for the apartment are provided in your roomorama itinerary. Please take some time to look over the roomorama house manual, house rules and check-in instructions and picture directions before your reservation. Please be discreet when collecting the keys, checking-in and checking-out for your reservation. Check is at 3pm and check out is a 12pm.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT KEY |
The apartment door is left unlocked for check in. Your guest keys will be located inside the apartment. When you arrive to the apartment the check-in key (or the lobby door key) will be located inside the lobby on the ledge above the lobby door to the left.

I am renting my apartment to help offer a comfortable and affordable place for visitors. I am not the owner of my apartment so please be discreet, quiet, and courteous during your stay.
THE WINDOWS | Because of traffic from guests, it is important to not open the windows during your stay.
Place the check-in keys somewhere in the apartment and return them to the ledge above the lobby door when you check-out. Please make sure to be very discreet when retrieving and replacing the check-in/check-out keys. If there are people around when you arrive to retrieve the key, please refer to the other key location.
