Villa Roman is a stunning new four-bedroom villa, located in the picturesque area of the high end residential neighborhood known as Umalas. Only a short drive by car to upmarket Seminyak which boasts some of the finest shopping, dining, and nightlife on the island, including the famous Metis, KuDeTa, Hu'u Bar, Living Room, and La Lucciola, along with several fine beaches ideal for swimming and surfing. This contemporary Asian-influenced villa provides a cozy yet open-air lodging to escape the bustle of downtown enabling one to retire into one's own private world.

The architectural style of the villa uses the best building material that Indonesia and Asia has to offer along with the specific interior decorating style that the owners passionately spent their time designing so as to create their perfect holiday house. Predominantly white in color, Villa Roman offers a luxurious ambience in a tropical surrounding.

The main living area is open. to the beautiful pool and garden. It has oversized comfortable couches that invite casual lounging with a large flat-screen TV with cable TV programs and a music system that makes it perfect for watching sports or a movie and listening to music.

The contemporary open-space kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, a central cooking island and a long wooden dining table. The dining area opens onto the pool and can easily sit up to 10 people.

The 2-master bedrooms of Villa Roman feature a king-sized bed draped in white voile. Big sliding doors open onto a generous private terrace overlooking the garden and pools. Each master bedroom consists of an en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower, and a connecting door between two bathrooms.

The 2-guest bedrooms are separated from the main building and the general living area, only few steps away from the terrace. Both have lovely open-air bathrooms with outdoor showers. These bedrooms also have their own sliding doors opening onto the garden and pools.

The sizeable gardens showcase a terraced lawn and a 15 meters swimming pool, together with a poolside sundeck, furnished with six romantic traditional single sun loungers to get the full rays of the sun for those of you who strive for the perfect tan or simply enjoy lazing by the pool.

The villa staff are professionally trained to make your stay extremely enjoyable. The villa maids are well trained in housekeeping and cooking, as well as babysitting for special occasions. Gardeners are professionals who maintain the garden beautifully, as well as upkeeping the pool. Security Guards are on hand for your safety, both during the day and night.

STANDARD SERVICES

Villa Manager
The Villa Manager is on duty 3 times in a week to visit the villa, unless there is an urgent matter that requires his attention. He works hand in hand with his assistant and all villa staff to make sure that the property is well-maintained and the guests are well-serviced.
The Villa Manager or his assistant will be present at the guest's check in and check out, and they are also reachable whenever needed.

Assistant to Villa Manager
The Assistant to the Villa Manager is on duty with a daily schedule to visit the villa. He assists the Villa Manager in order to make sure that the property is well-maintained and the guest well-provided for.

Villa Maids
2 of the Maids work normally from 08.00 until 16.00 (8 hours), and 1 works normally from 12.00 until 19.00 (8 hours - turn down service). However, they are flexible to follow your schedule, so please communicate with them to adjust to your preferences If you need the Maid to work over time (more than 8 hours per day), there will be additional charge of IDR 30,000 per hour per staff.

Cook
One of our Villa Maids is trained to cook simple yet delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner as detailed in the Villa Menu. If you would like to have a special menu for lunch or dinner, there is a Cook at your service, free of charge, for maximum 6 pax. A charge for an extra person is IDR 50,000 per pax for 1 occasion.

Gardener and Pool Maintenance
The Gardeners work from 07.00 until 15.00. Their duties are taking care of the garden, including cleaning the swimming pool.

Security Guards
One of the security guards will be on duty from 15.00 until 23.00. Two security guards will be on duty from 23.00 until 07.00 the next morning.
