This beautiful brand new 4 air-condition bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms villa is the latest addition in our selected designer villas in Seminyak area. The open space design in this villa incorporate outdoor/indoor concept that can be seen in its living room, 8 seating dining room table and a fully-equipped kitchen area. Along with fine furniture collection using mostly of neutral tone, giving the villa a stylish yet most relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk in.
Surrounded with a well-maintained garden, there are 3 separate building in the villa with its 13.5mx3m long private pool situated fittingly in the middle. The main building holds the 1st and 2nd air-condition bedrooms where each has its own shower bathroom. One of the bedrooms in this building also hasa twin bed, making it a perfect room for family with children. In front of both bedrooms you will find a beautiful big round rattan sofa called orbit chicken eye where you can lounge comfortably while sunbathing or simply enjoying the sunset sky. There are also 2 white hanging chairs close to the pool where you can use to relax while reading or simply enjoy the swinging sensation.
In the 2nd building nearest to the entrance, you will see a unique feature of this villa which is a Joglo style bedroom on a 2nd floor complete with its natural stone floor shower bathroom. Here, the roof of the bathroom is made from bamboo and the sunlight brightens it naturally in daylight.
The last building next to the Joglo bedroom is the master bedroom area. Here, the big spacious room with air condition also contains a large wardrobe. In the en-suite shower bathroom, you can even see a little greenery, complementing the whole natural look of the bathroom design. Not only spacious, but also a relaxing place to wash yourself after a day outing.
For the night life, you will find many places around to enjoy the best party in the hippest place at the moment at less than 5 minutes drive. The villa is only 300 meters from the famous “Eat Street which is one of the favorite tourist destination for shopping and eating out in Bali where famous spots such as Meja, Kudeta, Warung Makan, Kunis and many more are close by.
