This villa allows you to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the location while remaining close to tourist areas and main roads. With modern and minimal architecture, the villa has been inspired by traditional Balinese homes, with large volumes fully open to enjoy gardens and spectacular views over the rice terraces bordering the estate.
It includes 3 bedrooms; one upstairs surrounded by a large balcony with a view overlooking the rice fields and 2 to ground floor, including a master bedroom, with king size bed, a large bay window that overlooks the pool and a large plasma screen hanging in front of the bed. Each room has a dressing room and its own bathroom. The lounge directly below the kitchend includes a large comfortable sofa, a set of high quality home theater and a video projector for a cinematic atmosphere guaranteed. Wireless Internet is provided in the villa.
The kitchen contains all modern facilities, a large crude wooden bar and extends to the dining room table with a design provided for 6 people. The pool is more than 10meters long and has a skimmer Desjoyaux for water filtration, greener and more pleasant than conventional systems. The staff includes a two housekeeper and a gardener.
Located in Umalas, about 10 minutes drive from the center of Seminyak, halfway between Seminyak and Canggu and the area has a lot of new restaurants. Taxis might be difficult to get at times, it is advisable to get a full time driver
