This is a spacious 2 bed, 1 bath brick bungalow/cottage home with huge master bedroom in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is in excellent condition and has been fully remodeled (all new plumbing, electricity, walls, appliances). Central heat and air.

The home is 1100 square feet. There are enough places to sleep up to five guests (2 on each queen bed, 1 on the sofa). The dining are can accommodate 6 people for a meal.

Free wifi! Roku 2 streaming player with Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and more! Big flat-screen LCD TV! Free Netflix access included!

The home is large enough to accommodate several people comfortably, especially for shorter stays. There is a small patio/gazebo area in the back yard.

Full Kitchen includes: Refrigerator, Microwave, convection oven with 4-top stove-top range along with dishes and other necessities such as pots and pans.

Besides the short term rentals we make the cottage available at a reduced rate for extended stays (See above monthly rates). Additionally we offer a discount for traveling nurses, medical students and TU students (If you are a traveling nurse, medical student, or TU student, just write for a special discounted rate!).

Guests will have full private use of the entire house with all of the amenities listed. Guests will have access to the back yard and gazebo/patio area along with the fire pit and firewood.

Parking: Guests will have full private use of the drive way. The backyard/patio area may be used to park motorcycles, bicycles and scooters. Please do not rev the engines loudly, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Street parking is permitted and house is on a on a street with very little traffic at night.

We will typically be available and nearby throughout the stay. If you need anything, let us know. We have lists and maps of things to do and plenty of bar and restaurant recommendations. Ask us about local craft beers and wine!
