This is a spacious home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is in excellent condition and has been fully remodeled (all new plumbing, electricity, walls, kitchenette, bathroom and flooring). Central heat and air.

Large bathroom with double vanity and clawfoot tub. Plenty of storage.
The home is 940 square feet. There are enough places to sleep up to five guests (1-2 on the queen bed, 1 on small futon, 1-2 on large futon & 1 on the couch). The dining are can accommodate at least 6 people for a meal.
There is one large 250 square foot bedroom upstairs with sloped ceilings and a walk-in closet area. The home is large enough to accommodate several people comfortably, especially for shorter stays. There is a fenced back yard.
Kitchenette includes: Refrigerator, Microwave, 2-top range along with dishes and other necessities.
Besides the short term rentals we make the cottage available at a reduced rate for extended stays (See above monthly rates). Additionally we offer a discount for traveling nurses and TU students (If you are a traveling nurse or TU student, just write for a special discounted rate!).

Guests will have full private use of the 940 square foot west side of the duplex with all of the amenities listed. Guests will have access to the gated back yard with privacy fence.
Parking: Guests will have full private use of the western half of the drive way (~10 feet). The back yard may be used to park bicycles and scooters. Please do not drive scooters through the yard.

We will typically be available and nearby throughout the stay. If you need anything, let us know. We have lists and maps of things to do and plenty of bar and restaurant recommendations. Ask us about local craft beers and wine!

This home is conveniently located near the University of Tulsa & Downtown Tulsa between Route 66 & 'Cherry Street' (15th street between Peoria & Harvard). It is right across from the Fairgrounds. Furthermore, it is conveniently located near St. Johns Medical Center, OSU Medical Center, & Hillcrest Hospital.
We have a map available with many local attractions listed. We also have many of our favorite places.
Nearby art attractions include the Philbrook & Gilcrease Museum (which houses the world's largest, most comprehensive collection of art of the American West) along with the Woody Guthrie Center. We are about five minutes away from great concert & entertainment venues such as the BOK Center, Tulsa Performing Arts Center & Cain’s Ballroom.
Local elegant shopping & dining spots include Utica Square, Cherry Street & Brookside. The Deco District has a variety of restaurants & shopping areas in the heart of downtown including unique Art-Deco-themed shop Decopolis & a Mid-Century-themed restaurant The Vault.
While in Tulsa, visit the local boutiques & shops along these districts. Also, conveniently located nearby are the Blue Dome, Pearl & Brady Art Districts, filled with many Tulsa nightlife destinations. The Brady District includes a variety of art galleries, bars & dining spots along with “Guthrie Green” – an outdoor stage & park in the heart of downtown.

Sports fans will be able to enjoy games at the local universities, such as The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma State University Tulsa, Oklahoma Wesleyan, Langston University, & Oral Roberts University.

Nearby, guests can visit the Tulsa Garden Center rose gardens, Woodward Park & Linnaeus Teaching Gardens. Nature lovers should not miss the beautiful drive along the Arkansas River —Riverside Drive. Families can enjoy a visit to Swan Lake, the Tulsa Zoo, & seasonal performances at Discoveryland.
The neighborhood is full of cottage & bungalow-style houses from the 1930's. It is very walkable with friendly neighbors & warm atmosphere. Several nearby parks are within walking distance including Gary Park and Pratt Park. Local food places within walking distance include Maxxwell's, Florence Park Café, Merritt’s Bakery, Capp's BBQ and Sam's Southern Eatery. By Taxi: Taxis are easily available along with ride-share/taxi services such as Uber & Lyft. These two services are often available to the home within 5 minutes. Taxi cost to downtown is typically $11.
By Bus: Three Tulsa Transit bus lines are nearby: 11th Street (111), 15th Street (215) and Harvard (210). All three go downtown. There are several nearby stops on 11th, 15th and Harvard. Use the 'Tulsa Transit Scheduler' to find a stop.
Once downtown, ride the Old Urban Trolley for free 5pm - 2am every Friday & Saturday night with stops at Guthrie Green, The Brady Arts District, BOK Center, The Mayo Hotel, Tulsa Deco District, Tulsa PAC & the Blue Dome District.

If staying in September and October: Per the street signs, there is no parking allowed on the north side of East 13th Street during “Events” which includes the Tulsa State Fair which typically occurs in Sept & Oct each year. Cars should not park in or block the east side of the driveway without your permission.
