Beautiful Condo in Condado Beach

The property is located in Condado Beach one of the hottest touristic area of Puerto Rico. The apartment is situated on the twelve floor of a modern building in the Condado peninsula where from the balcony you will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. You’ll be able to hear the soothing sounds of the waves breaking in the sand and feel the fresh breeze from the ocean. If you are lucky sometimes you can see the manatees coming out for air in the Condado Lagoon. From this privilege location you can safely walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, casinos, spas, dance clubs, etc. There is something for all ages and tastes.

If you are into sports the neighborhood is constantly in a health kick mood. In the Condado Lagoon you will see people doing standup paddle boarding, swimming or kayaking. During the day you will see a constant flow of people jogging, running or just working out in the sun. But if you don’t feel like joining them there is a very comfortable sofa in the balcony where you can grab your favorite book and relax.
The accommodation has a spacious one bedroom with a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. In the bedroom there is a wall to wall mirror closet. Inside the closet you will find extra clean towels and linens. There is a flat screen TV with HD basic cable TV and a Smart BlueRay DVD player with access to your personal accounts with Netflix, Pandora, Hulu, etc. The bedroom has a split unit air conditioner and a ceiling fan. The bedroom window faces the beautiful Condado Lagoon and Old San Juan Bay.

The apartment has a living room with a genuine Italian leather sofa bed. The sofa bed is a full
size bed. The living room window faces the spectacular Condado Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean. The living room is adjacent to the open space kitchen, equipped with a four burner electric stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, Cuisinart pots and pans. The refrigerator has an ice maker. There is a four serving china set, water glasses, wine and champagne glasses in the kitchen cabinets.

Across from the living room there is a four seating dining table and an entertainment center with an AM/FM CD player with I-Pod docking station. The living room, kitchen and dining room area has a split unit air conditioner and the living room has a ceiling fan.

The condo has one bathroom with a rain shower with temperature sense LEDs. There is a dispenser with shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash. Clean towels are provided.

Next to the bathroom is the laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

In addition to all of these comforts you will find in the hallway closet: beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach bags and coolers. The beach towel are in the bedroom closet.

All windows and sliding door are hurricane grade.

The apartment doesn't come with parking but there is parking in the basement of the building for hourly or daily rate. The daily rate is $15. Parking is included for renters that are staying 30 days or more.
