The apartment is strategically located in the Miramar area of San Juan, in a quiet and cozy place to enjoy your vacation or holiday. Located right in front (literally steps) of the Puerto Rico Convention Center, the Sheraton hotel and Casino and Hyatt hotels. Its 10 min away from the INT. Airport Luis Munoz Marin, 2 min from Isla Grande Airport (perfect if you want to go to the 2 small islands outside Puerto Rico VIEQUES and CULEBRA), 4 min to condado(bars,hotels,shops, restaurants, beaches, natural lagoon, kayak, paddleboarding, clubs etc), 4 mintues to old San Juan (bars, historical fort, church, historical city of San Juan, cruise port, restaurants, shops, ferry to the BACARDI destillery, etc.
If you would like to rent a car, there is car rental downstairs, a bus stop right in front of the building or if you preffer a taxi, at the reception they can call one and i just take 5 min to arrive.

We are very flexible with our guests. We only ask for turning off electronic equipment such as lcd, hometheater, air conditioning and lights when not in the apartment.

Interaction with Guests

I love to be in constant communication with my guests. I want that every person have a pleasant and wonderful experience without complications while visiting Puerto Rico. For that reason I personally offer myself to pick up my guests at the airport on the arrival and return them on the departure. This way you save TAXI money (of course this is optional). I'll be present at the moment of check in and check out. I am always available if you have any questions. DON'T MISS THE OPORTUNITY!!!!!
