The kitchen is fully equipped with filter coffee machine ,kettle , dishwasher, cutlery , dishes and glasses. A furnished garden outside can accommodate your meals all through the day, under the shade and wind proof patio.

The house was originally built as all-year residence, so you will find conveniences of the kind.
All 3 bedrooms are surrounding the living room and are connected by a corridor .
There is a walk in closet in the master bedroom.

The Kitchen is fully equipped, oven and hob, kettle and toaster, and coffee machine.

A washing machine is available , and only if the washing needs/desires are often there is an extra charge . Please let us know in advance of your desires so that we try to accommodate you in the best way.
Cleaning service is included and only for daily service or for special requirements there is an extra charge according to your desires. Please notify in advance as well.

You can relax on the outside lounge area facing the swimming pool, where you can spend evenings playing games, having dinner, and really enjoy the unique summer atmosphere of Mykonos.

Only 15min from Psarou beach , and famous Nammos restaurant club and organised beach . Usually you see several world famous people in Psarou beach, and the world's jet set, but most certainly you can enjoy swimming in the clear waters and enjoy the amenities of a uniquely well-organized beach, not to mention that in Psarou you have the best restaurant on the island. Of course there are numerous restaurants all around and a car is essential to try more than one beach during your stays.
The beach of Ftelia for surfer lovers is the closest. The road turn that leads to Panormos beach and Agios Sostis for more boho chic beaches is very close and just 15min to get to the northern part of the island.
The supermarket is in driving distance , pharmacies, bakeries, there are numerous .
In Mykonos you will find all kinds of shops. Actually, in case you arrive without any luggage , you can find everything you need on the island, for all ages and needs.

Surely you don't want to miss going to Chora for dinner or clubbing or for souvenirs and walking in the narrow streets of Matogiannia, . Chora or the old port is at 5km from the house, and I think you shouldn't miss the daily excursion to Dilos! The ancient capital of the Cyclades!

The village of Ano Mera with its family taverns, offers a variety of freshly cooked food in very good prices.
