This place has the provision of all modern comforts. The idea of the proprietor to create this villa is based on the necessity for ameliorating standardized tourist services. The Villa was constructed in 2003 on an estate of 300 sq, located in the beautiful area of Fanari. Fanari is only 6 minutes driving from Mykonos port It is situated at an altitude of 150 metres from sea level, in the eastern part of Mykonos island . The advantage of this location is the breathtaking sea view and the proximity to Mykonos Chora. The villa consists of three double-bed bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sitting room with a corner double sofa bed.  Dining room, kitchen fully equipped. The house cleaning, as well as the air-conditioning are included in the price.  Moreover, breakfast can be served upon request.  For the aforementioned services, there is an extra charge. Fully furnished kitchen(4 hotplates and big Furnace) for use by our guests: washing machine , big oven, absorber, electric cooker and fridge. There are 2 TVs, hair-dryer and wi-fi internet.  The villa is appropriate for families or a company of six-eight persons.
