Rental Details
This Villa consists of two double bed bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them is en-suite to the mainbedroom), one living room/kitchen/dining room and terrace with sea view and sitting area (table and chairs). In the living room there are single beds which can be used as sofas or beds. The apartment can accommodate max 6 guests (there is a fee for the 5th and 6th guest of 50euros/night). The apartment is located in an apartment complex less than 5minutes walking from Paradise beach.
Room Facilities: free WiFi, telephone, air-condition, TV, equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher plates, glasses, etc), coffee maker, water kettle, iron, hair dryer, safe, washing machine, balcony with sea and pool view and outdoor dining area (table-chairs), use of the shared swimming pool, outdoors mini gym, Pool cafe-bar, Changing linens/towels and Cleaning: every 2days (cleaning fee included). Check-in: 14h00 and Check-out: 10h00 max.
Location: less than 5 minutes walking to Paradise Beach, 3 km from the airport, 6 km from Mykonos town, 7km from the old port, 10km from the new port. Transfers/Transportation from/to the airport/port can be booked through external transfer/taxi companies with extra charge.
PLEASE NOTE: The premises are located close to Paradise beach, where music/noise is heard from the beach bars, especially at the peak period. However, there are specific house rules expected to be followed from the guests, and the resort is not a party venue. Please ask if you need any more information and/or read our past guests reviews for more information. The owners are not responsible for any music/noise heard outside our premises.
