New Sunset Villa in Mykonos

Hi, my name is George and I will be happy to meet you at my beautiful house. It is located on a hill with a great view of the island and the sunset. It has two bedrooms,two baths,a full kitchen,living room,dining room and plenty of outside space for entertaining and sunbathing. Five minutes drive from the town and the beach. The house is located on a hill and it is independent ,not part of a housing complex,which is very limited in Mykonos,but very important if you would like some quietness. The villa is newly built,100 square meters,with large rooms and modernly furnished . The bedrooms are large .The first one is with super king size bed with memory mattress and en suite bathroom with tub. The second one is with 2 large single beds that can be connected to form a super king size also with its own bath with tub. Fully functioning large kitchen,with a large inside dining and living space. The first veranda has two dining areas,one for breakfast sitting 4 and-and the other for dining sitting 10-12. The other veranda has a large sunbed for two. a large couch and a burrbery tent accommodating 12 in comfortable mattresses and pillows for relaxing,sharing and enjoying the sunset and the evening.

Maybe the best feature of the house in addition to its size and independence,is its location,providing a great view of the island and the best sunsets ever .....romantic and private !!! It is probably one of the most desirable locations in Mykonos,with great view,few houses around,very independent,and of course the best sunset view ever !!!

There is not transportation for the house so a car must be rented,and since it is on a hill,preferably a 4 wheel drive or a strong frond wheel.

Everything is very close. The airport, the supermarket, the town and the beaches are only 5 minutes away.

The price includes also meeting at the airport, check in and check out. Most of the time I will not be at Mykonos but there will be some of my friends to meet you and show you the villa and answer all your questions!
