Hello ! This loft style apartment will delight you with its exceptional location right in the heart of Brussels. The Appartement All the rooms are separated by sliding doors: dining room with a comfortable lounge space in the corner and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bed, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and toilet, one with a bath and toilet) and a little boudoir with a sofa.

When the sun is out, you can enjoy the well positions terrace with a long view over the roofs of Ixelles, Saint-Gilles and Uccle. For total comfort, you even get your own parking space in the basement of the building. Access The apartment is situated on the 5th floor of the building, with a lift. The local area Ixelles is a lively, multicultural quarter with lots of places of interest and things to do.

The apartments’ perfect location means you won’t miss any of the city’s activities: whether it is Avenue Louise (200m away) and its luxurious boutiques or even Porte de Namur (5 minutes away) for its big chain shops and its Cinema (Toison d’Or). By walking through the Parc Egmont, it will take you 10 minutes to reach the Place du Grand Sablon, known for its trendy bars and famous restaurants.

From here, if you walk for another 15 minutes, you will arrive at the Place du Châtelain where you will find several elegant bars, high quality green-groceries, florists and boutiques… And on Wednesdays, it’s market day! From 9am to 8pm, you will be able to appreciate lots of high quality products! There is a friendly atmosphere and lots of Bruxellois (people from Brussels) meet up with their friends to have a drink at the market.

The tradition of the ‘aperitif’ is very well respected at La Piola- a typical Italian restaurant that I like a lot. Transport If you are coming by car, the road is easy to find by the city’s main ring roads. A parking space is reserved in the basement of the building. By bus, tram or metro, we would advise you to get off at the Place Louise or Place Stéphanie.

By train, the nearest station is Centrale, from which you would need to get the bus or the metro to the apartment. By bike, you can hire ‘Villos’ (bikes supplied by the city of Brussels) from numerous collection points.
